Early Access Exit, Palworld Will Be Fully Released Next Year

JAKARTA - Pocketpair announced that Palworld's survival open world games will leave early access and fully launch for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC through the Steam and Microsoft Store in 2026.

Palworld was first launched in Initial Access for Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC on January 19, 2024, followed by PlayStation 5 on September 24, 2024.

"Although we have a lot of ideas about where we want to take Palworld, we also need to start thinking about Palworld 1.0," Bucky, director of communications and manager of Pocketpair publishing, said in a video message shared.

Since its debut, Palworld has received six major updates. Among them are the Raids feature (version 0.2), the addition of Sakurajima Island (0.3), the presence of the Febre area (0.4), cross-platform cross-play (0.5), to the expansion of the Tides of Terraria (0.6).

The next winter update will certainly remain, although not as big as before, while another surprise will be prepared for this summer.

Pocket Pair ensures that it will continue to maintain communication with the player community while developing new ideas. However, the company's top priority now remains on the improvement of the Palworld towards a full release next year.

"Our goal is to release Palworld next year, 2026, and we think taking the time now to fix those problems will eventually lead to better games," he added.
