ASUS Presents Router Series With WiFi 7 Standards In Indonesia

JAKARTA The ASUS launched its newest router line in Indonesia on Thursday, August 21. All of the routers launched have carried WiFi 7 (802.11be) technology.

Through this launch, ASUS wants to emphasize its position in presenting leading connectivity in various segments. The entire series of WiFi 7 routers will offer three main technologies that include bandwidth to MU-MIMO.

This technology is the bandwidth 320 MHz, Multi-Link Operation (MLO), and 16 x 16 MU-MIMO. With a high bandwidth, the data line capacity will be twice as large as the router with WiFi.

This can support sending more information simultaneously so that the speed will be much higher. Meanwhile, MLO allows devices to connect to multiple bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz).

This technology can provide lower latency and more stable connections, including in dense networks. Meanwhile, MU-MIMO technology on the latest ASUS routers can increase network capacity as a whole.

Jessi Gracea Maria, Country Product Manager of WLAN ASUS Indonesia, stated that the presence of the WiFi 7 router is not just a technology update. This latest router line is designed to meet the needs of workers to gamers.

For gamers, ASUS launched ROG Rapture GT-BE98 as a quad-band gaming router at high speed, which is up to 25,000Mbps. There is also TUF Gaming BE3600 to complement mid-range needs.

For home users or who only have mild activities at home, ASUS provides RT-BE92U with Smart Home Master features, RT-BE58U with flexible performance, and RT-BE50 as an affordable entry-level option.

For those who need a mesh system, ASUS presents ZenWiFi BD4 and ZenWiFi BT8 for those who own a large house. ASSUS also offers USB-BE92 ROG, a tri-band adapter for old PCs or laptops. This device allows users to adopt WiFi 7 technology without the need to change hardware.
