This transformation provides Garudafood management with strategic information related to real-time operations and analytics, which significantly increases production efficiency and capacity in eight business units in the F&B industry.

Through RISE with SAP, Garudafood can now conduct detailed profitability analysis in all its business units through the integration of FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
Meanwhile, by implementing the industry's best practice from IBM, namely IMPACT, which offers a ready-to-use process according to the global standards of the F&B industry, Garudafood managed to achieve an 86% standard feature adoption rate.
