JAKARTA - Garudafood, in collaboration with IBM Consulting and SAP, has successfully integrated the workload and ERP process which is mission-critical to AWS Cloud, as well as implementing operational standardization in all groups.
This transformation provides Garudafood management with strategic information related to real-time operations and analytics, which significantly increases production efficiency and capacity in eight business units in the F&B industry.

This transformation is expected to accelerate key processes such as production planning, supply chain analysis, and financial reporting so that it can free employees to focus on strategic tasks with higher benefits.
Through RISE with SAP, Garudafood can now conduct detailed profitability analysis in all its business units through the integration of FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
Meanwhile, by implementing the industry's best practice from IBM, namely IMPACT, which offers a ready-to-use process according to the global standards of the F&B industry, Garudafood managed to achieve an 86% standard feature adoption rate.
