JAKARTA As a learning platform, Google seeks to improve the way NotebookLM collects sources. Therefore, Google added superior notebook offers.

This offer makes the NotebookLM function slightly different. If previously users could only add sources independently from various platforms, now users can access the source directly from the platform.

Google says they are working with many parties in launching the offer. Now, NotebookLM covers many official sources on topics, from scientific exploration to advice from experts.

"We are rolling out a new feature that will make this easier. We are working with leading writers, researchers, publications and nonprofits around the world to create superior notebooks," Google said, quoted on Tuesday, July 15.

For now, the new flagship notebook offers a few official sources. Here's the initial list that Google has added.

The flagship Notebook will function like a standard notebook. Users can interact with the content and ask NotebookLM to make audio summarys.

For now, access to superior notebooks is still limited. However, Google is committed to continuing to add content over time. This feature is also only available to NotebookLM users on desktop.
