BCA And Alter Ego Launches MyBCA Esports Academy, Pushes For Regeneration Of Indonesian Esports Athletes

JAKARTA - BCA together with Alter Ego Esports announced the presence of the myBCA Esports Academy program, as a form of their commitment to supporting the regeneration and development of young talents in the Indonesian esports industry.

This program aims to find talented players from 4 regions, consisting of Jabodetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya, by forming an Academy Esports Team.

Opened to the public not only for BCA account owners and free of charge, you can register the official event only open through the official website www.aeesportacademy.co.id.

The registration period for myBCA Esports Academy in associate with Alter Ego began on July 1, 2025 and closed on May 20, 2026.

Through myBCA Esports Academy in associate with Alter Ego Esports Academy, BCA wants to contribute to scoring excellent young talents in the gaming industry, said SVP of BCA Banking Transaction Business Development and Marketing Division, Fandy in a statement on Wednesday, July 2.

In this program, players will be guided to become professional esports athletes through coaching clinics that provide insight into esports, ranging from gaming knowledge, attitude (attitude), public speaking, financial management, to psychology.

"Hopefully, the gaming ecosystem in Indonesia can grow faster and this program can become a new forum for young talents who do not yet have the opportunity to show their abilities," hoped the Operational Director of Alter Ego Esports, Indra Hadiyanto.

The myBCA Esports Academy program also has a total prize pool of IDR 1.37 billion, which is divided into several stages as follows:
