JAKARTA - Threads, an integrated platform on Instagram, is testing the spoiler text feature. This feature was exhibited by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg on June 17, 2025 through his personal account on Threads.
In a post that Zuckerberg shared, most of his words were closed by gray lines. The writing in it will not be read, unless the user taps on the gray line.
"Spoillary warning: We are testing a way for you to hide spoilers in your Threads post," Zuckerberg wrote. There is no information about when this feature will roll out.
After the user taps on the text covered in a gray line, the hidden text will appear. The colored line will also disappear from the post, unless you exit the post and reopen it.
This is an interesting feature and it takes a lot of people. On social media, you may find topics to avoid. For example, such as the storyline of the movie "Ugly Stepsister" that you haven't watched or the "Lore Request" for Genshin Impact Paralogism that you haven't worked on yet.
