Snapchat Launches AI Video Lens For Platinum Customers

JAKARTA Snapchat introduced a new feature, specifically for people who subscribe to Snapchat Platinum. This feature introduced is an advanced tool based on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The feature that is integrated with this camera is the AI Video Lense. Users can get unique videos that are attractive just by changing the type of lens provided. In fact, videos can be taken very efficiently without having to switch between features.

Snap, the company that oversees Snapchat, said that the AI Video lens they launched was supported by the generative AI video model they developed. There are three types of lensing that can be selected, including Raccoon, Fox, and Spring Flowers.

"These lenses, supported by our internal generative video model, present some of the most advanced AI tools currently available to Snapchatters through a well-known Lensa format," Snap said. "We are excited to see what Snapchatters are creating."

These three lenses will roll out in the first week and Snap plans to add more features in the future. Once all three are available across devices, Snap will 'add more (features) every week' to provide more options.

Using the AI concept, Snap will add additional objects, depending on the type of lens chosen by the user. Like Raccoon, for example, users will see additional wild animals when taking selfies or taking pictures.

Users will also seeVotons when using a Fox AI lens. If you use a Spring Flowers lens, users will see the zoom-out effect with the addition of a flower bouquet object. Users will appear to be holding the bouquet.
