Huawei Mate X6 Officially Present In Indonesia, Price Of IDR 24 Million

JAKARTA Huawei officially launched Mate X6, the latest foldable phone in the flagship class, for the Indonesian market. This device is claimed to come with the latest breakthroughs and features that are more sophisticated than the previous generation.

The Huawei Mate X6 uses the Space-Age Orbit design on the back, precisely on the camera. This design is used to highlight the concept of space so that its appearance can be more memorable, more attractive, and more premium.

Edy Supartono, Senior Retail Manager of Huawei Device Indonesia, said that Mate X6 is thinner and lighter. This device weighs 239 grams with a thickness of 4.66 before being folded.

For the color, the Huawei Mate X6 comes with the choice of the Red dam Black Nebula. Both use the Kunlun Glass 2nd Generation screen with a high level of resilience. If dropped, this device can survive because it is 25 times stronger.

In terms of durability, this foldable phone uses a battery with a capacity of 5110mAh. This device supports 66W cable charging and 50W wireless charging. The X6 Mate has obtained IPX8 certification so that it can survive in water with a depth of 2 meters.

In addition to highlighting the design and resilience of the device, Edy also showcased his camera capabilities. The X6 Mate is decorated with four camera lenses consisting of Telephoto Macro 48MP, Ultra Aperture 50MP, Ultra-wide Angle 40MP, and Ultra Chroma 1.5M Spectral Channel.

With the support of the AI Cinema Engine, this phone can produce the best photos in Capture Colors, HDR, Telephoto Macro, and Time-Lapse modes. This device also supports moving images, rear camera selfies, and flex-stop photography.

Mate X6 only opened the pre-order period on March 13. Huawei did not disclose its storage combination, but this device is priced at IDR 24.999 million, more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.

As an alternative option, there are several foldable phones that you can compare with the Huawei Mate X6. Like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 for example, this device comes with a combination of 12GB +256GB capacity and is already supported by various Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.

Meanwhile, there is also OPPO Find N5 which is known to be very light with a weight of 229 grams. The screen is also quite thin with an area of 4.2mm when the screen opens. For its resilience, this device has obtained IPX8 certification and is available with a capacity of 16GB +1TB.
