Huawei Watch D2 Launched In China: Blood Pressure Monitoring Feature & Design Similar To Apple Watch

JAKARTA Huawei has officially launched a number of the latest products in its domestic market, China, including the Huawei Mate 70 series, the Golden-plated Watch Ultra, and the Mate X6 folding phone. One of the devices that caught the eye was the Huawei Watch D2, which comes with the superior features of blood pressure monitoring and a design that resembles the Apple Watch.

The Huawei Watch D2 was first introduced in Europe in September 2024 and followed in the Philippines in October 2024. Now, this device is finally present in China. This smartwatch features a 1.82-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 408 x 408 and is equipped with IP68 certification, which makes it waterproof and dust resistant.

The flagship feature of Huawei Watch D2 is a blood pressure monitoring sensor that has received EU certification and has increased accuracy compared to its predecessor. Thanks to the built-in micropump, this sensor is claimed to be more accurate than the Apple Watch Series 10 and the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.

In addition to blood pressure monitoring, this device is also equipped with heart rate monitoring features, smart lifestyle integration, body temperature measurements, and more than 80 sports modes. Watch D2 is also capable of detecting automatically six common activities. In terms of battery life, this smartwatch can last up to 6 days in one full charge. Other features include GPS, NFC, SpO2, and the Huawei TruSense system.

The Huawei Watch D2 is available in two color variants, namelyten Gold and Black. In China, this device is priced at 2,988 Yuan or about $420. Huawei also offers a Care+ service package for this smartwatch, which includes premium support and additional benefits for users.
