JAKARTA - IBM announced its collaboration with Algobash, an AI-based talent platform from Surabaya during the "Transforming the Future of Manufacturing Through AI and Hybrid Cloud" conference on October 30, 2024.

Because previously, Algobash admitted that they faced efficiency constraints in terms of interface platforms for users, which led to longer onboarding times.
By integrating IBM's generative and multilingual AI models, Algobash is able to overcome these problems and accelerate the user's assessment and onboarding process, as well as minimize the problem of digital hallucinations.
"With the watsonx and Granite model, we can easily integrate Gen AI into our Software-as-a-service platform so that it can innovate and offer new products to customers," said Elfino Sitompul, Chief Technology Officer, Algobash in its official broadcast.
