Google Launches Three New Features In Chrome, Makes Browsing Faster And Efficient

JAKARTA - Google continues to strive to improve the performance of its Chrome browser engine, by introducing several new features, which allow users to search more quickly.

The first feature announced is the Performance Detection feature which functions to detect performance problems and provide solutions.

With this feature, Chrome will notify "Enforcement Problems" if there are tabs that use multiple resources and slow performance. Then, you just need to click "Repair Now" to disable the tab and speed up the browser.

Furthermore, Chrome also introduces three new modes on the Memory Saver feature, which will help free up memory from inactive tabs and speed up browsing.

The last feature announced is the Personalization of Performance Settings. With this update, Chrome will let users to determine which websites should always be active.

"For example, like a site that does important background work," Google wrote in its update on Google's official blog.

In addition, users can also set the visual indicator display on an inactive tab and view memory usage. Overall, this new performance option will help you adjust the controls that suit what you need.
