JAKARTA - At the 2024 Imagine HP event, HP launched the second annual 'HP Work Relationship Index (WRI), a comprehensive study exploring world relations with work.
The report, which was carried out on 15,600 cross-industrial respondents in 12 countries including Indonesia, said that only 28 percent of knowledge-based workers feel they have a healthy work relationship.
However, behind the unsatisfactory figure, this study highlighted that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) among workers increased rapidly from 38 percent in 2023 to 66 percent in 2024.
More interestingly, workers who use AI have 11 points happier with their jobs than those who don't use AI.
In Indonesia, 44 percent of intellectual workers report having a healthy relationship with work. However, these new findings suggest two potential solutions to improve workers' relationships with their work: AI and personalized work experience.
