OxygenOS 15 Ready To Come With New Features And Fresh Design

JAKARTA - OnePlus will soon release the latest version of their custom interface, OxygenOS 15, which will be based on Android 15. This update is expected to begin testing in the beta program this month or early next month, while the stable version is scheduled for release around November. Although there has been no official announcement yet, a number of leaks have revealed some new changes and features that will be coming to OxygenOS 15.

One of the biggest changes expected is the redesign of the control center. OxygenOS 15 is expected to adopt an iOS and HyperOS-inspired display, with two large buttons at the top followed by media players, brightness controllers, and a neater-ordered volume panel. These control centers are also designed to be more personal, allow users to reset icons, hide some features, and adjust the layout according to their preferences.

Some of the features inspired by iOS are also likely to be present on OxygenOS 15. This feature uses artificial intelligence (AI) to detect if the user's phone has been taken by force, and automatically locks the device to protect data. Even if the phone is reset, the device will not be able to activate without entering the Google account previously used.

To increase productivity, OxygenOS 15 will introduce a feature that allows users to create shortcuts for separate screen app pairs, which are very useful on devices with large screens.
