Deddy Corbuzier's Comments On The Gun Used By Terrorists: How Can Someone Be Brainwashed, Use Toy Guns

JAKARTA - YouTuber Deddy Corbuzier also commented on the terrorist actions that entered the Police Headquarters compound. Including what weapons were used by the perpetrators to dare to threaten members of the Police at the Guard Post.

"There were shots and then they fell. The point is someone died. This is an act of terrorism", he said in the #ClosetheDoor podcast which aired on his YouTube channel, on Wednesday night, March 31.

According to Deddy, people often say that terrorism has no religion. But when people carry out terrorist attacks, they often say something based on their beliefs.

On the other hand, the father of Azka Corbuzier highlighted the weapon ZA was holding, namely the airsoft gun. According to him, the radicalism espoused by the suspected terrorist is stupid.

"This is for shooting people not to die. The biggest question is if this is true, this person does not know that the weapon being carried is an airsoft gun", he said.

"How can someone brainwash a person, use a toy gun, walk into a police station, shoot a cop with a sharp gun. Who do you think you are? Rambo?", he said.

On the other hand, if ZA found out that the weapon she was using was a toy gun and was not lethal and herself was killed, said Deddy, who would be willing to act this stupid.

"I don't know what he was promised. This is actually a belief instilled by radicals. If there is no radicalism, what is this? What teaches people to do this?", he explained.

"Whoever wants and knows to enter the police station, keeps doing this knows that it will die and the gun used cannot injure anyone", concluded Deddy.

Whatever the action, said Deddy, the terrorist act at the Police Headquarters frightened the public. According to him, similar actions could happen in the future, even though the weapons used were airsoft guns.

Previously it was reported that the identities of the suspected terrorists who were shot dead for forcing their way into the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, Wednesday, March 31, were scattered among the masses. From that data, the perpetrator is a woman and is still a student at a university.

The woman who was born in Jakarta in 1995 with the initials ZA entered the Police Headquarters in the afternoon. The perpetrator was shot dead at 16.30 WIB. In the video that was circulating, the perpetrator pointed his gun at the officer before finally the woman was shot dead.
