Nezar also stated that several government agencies in Indonesia have implemented AI technology for public services in each sector.
"For example, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics itself is developing AI technology to detect fake news or hoaxes circulating in the digital space with technology that we call NLP (Natural Language Processing) and also using machine learning," he said, quoted Wednesday, August 21.
In addition, Nezar added, the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance has also developed AI-based chatbots to help taxpayers get information and services related to tax easier.
