JAKARTA - Conspiracy about alien sightings emerged after an assassination attempt by former President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania on July 13. Footage from the show captured an unidentified flying object (UFO) that crossed the sky before the shots were fired.

Some social media users refer to the UFO as a 'protective angel' protecting Trump from bullets. Trump himself confirmed this claim by saying, "God saved me" a few days after the event.

A number of conspiracy theories link the UFO sightings to the assassination attempt, although experts state that the object is most likely a drone or bird flying around the area. "The object moves quickly and in close shooting, you can see a blur of movement that changes the original shape of the object," said Alejandro Rojas, UAP adviser at Enigma Lab, quoted by VOI from DailyMail.com.

Trump was shot by Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, a Republican but previously also contributed to Joe Biden. Trump was hit in the ear as he turned to talk to the crowd. The incident killed one person in the crowd.

"I shouldn't be here, I should be dead. With luck or by God, many people say that by God, I'm still here," Trump said in an interview with the New York Post.

This claim about UFOs comes amid an FBI investigation that it reveals that Crooks is likely to act alone without a conspirator.

UFO musician and filmmaker Mark Christopher Lee also added that the assassination attempt may be linked to Trump's desire to release the truth about UFOs if re-elected as president. However, there is no evidence to support this claim.
