Apple Is Exploring New Secrets To Make IPhones Thiner

JAKARTA - In October 2023, an analyst at TF International Securities, Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple is exploring the use of the resin-coated copper component (RCC) as a new iPhone framework.

In his writing on Medium, Kuo said that the RCC can reduce the thickness of the parent board or save internal space, and make the drilling process easier because it is fiberglass free.

But unfortunately, Apple will not apply the RCC on the iPhone 16 because of its fragile characteristics and did not pass the test fall.

Currently, Ajinomoto is the main supplier of RCC material. According to Kuo, if Apple and Ajinomoto could upgrade the RCC material before the third quarter of 2024, the new high-end iPhone 17 model would likely use it.

However, Kuo didn't speculate anything. However, it seems that Apple wants to present a new phone with a thinner model.

On the other hand, Apple has used YouTube videos to train their AI model, Apple Intelligence. This is said to be a violation of the platform's content policy.
