JAKARTA - Director General of Information and Public Communication (IKP) Usman Kamsong ensured that the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) would not pay the ransom to hackers who had hacked the Temporary National Data Center this week. "We will not bow to pressure from hackers. The country will not lose to hackers," said Usman Kamsong. "We have clear policies related to cybersecurity and will never provide space for cybercrime to thrive by paying the ransom."
