JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, Nezar Patria, is exploring opportunities for cooperation with technology giants such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft while on a working visit to the United States.

Nezar said that the opportunity for Kominfo cooperation with several large companies was in order to improve competence to the capability of human capital, especially to strengthen Indonesia's digital talent.

Through this visit, Nezar representing the Government of Indonesia will see the best practices of the latest technology that are appropriate to apply to governance data devices and management.

"The meeting of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics with Amazon Web Services will take place on Monday, May 29 US time. We will discuss with them, then after that we will continue to visit Microsoft's Office to discuss Cybersecurity (Cyber Crime). And, there is a special session on Artificial Intelligence developed by Microsoft," he said, quoted on Tuesday, April 30.
