JAKARTA - Developers Nightdive Studios have announced that the remake of the classic System Shock shooter game will be coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on May 21.

"System Shock Shocks is present in Konsole! Get up and down to the depths of the terrifying Citadel Station on System Shock, a critically recognized science fiction classic horror film," wrote his announcement on YouTube.

Through this remake, the developer said System Shock would get a number of additional features, including a new female protagonist, as well as an expanded ending story.

This System Shock remake was originally released for PC in May last year. But at the time, the developer did not reveal when the game would be released for the console.

However, in September 2023, according to Gamingbolt, there were reports showing that console releases would definitely occur sooner, with ratings for the game console version popping up on the ESRB website.
