Android 14 Now Available On OnePlus Open Device

JAKARTA The Android 14 operating system was launched a few months ago. Android 14 has been launched on Pixel phones, Samsung, iQOO, and much more. Now, the system will be launched on OnePlus.

Based on a 9to5google report, the Android 14 update is already available to OnePlus Open users in the US. The device was released a few weeks after the Pixel 8 launch, but a new system change was made.

Actually, the launch of this system has been carried out since late January, but only to some users. This OS continues to be launched gradually until it can finally be felt by all users of its cellphones.

This update requires a capacity of 2.5GB. After users update their Android system, OnePlus Open will get new features and the latest security patch version of February 2024.

Some of the features that will be launched are File Dock to attract and release content between apps and devices. In addition, there is a Smart Cutout to separate the subject from the photo or video background and Extract Content to extract text and images.

Meanwhile, for security patches, Android 14 will improve photo and video-related permit management, increase ROM vitalization, improve application function stability, and optimize performance from app compression.

Android 14 will have carbon tracking features that visualize carbon emissions, add Aquamorphic-themed ringtones, change system notification sounds, and improve system animations more smoothly.
