JAKARTA Meta announced that their virtual reality (VR) headset, Meta Quest, now supports its exposure mode. This support comes after Meta launched its version 63 update.

This mode is only available on the Meta Quest 2 and Quest Pro. With the launch of this mode, all users can play their device while lying on a mattress, chair, or sofa.

"With v63 we inaugurate it, launch a new setting that makes it easy for you to relax while using the HeadsetMeta Quest 2 or your Pro comfortably," Meta wrote on the Quest page on Wednesday, March 6.

This accessibility support was first seen in version 53 of the public preview at the beginning of last year. However, after the update was rolled out to all users, the window mode disappeared. It seems, the feature still needs to be developed.

At the end of January, one of the users asked about when the feature would return to the Quest operating system (OS). This question received a response from Meta's VICE President of Virtual Reality, Mark Rabkin.

The Meta executive said that, "It will reappear, we are exploring how to make this dedicated tracking mode robust or simple." According to Rabkin's promise, this torture mode was launched in a more stable version.

To use this feature, users must open the Experimental Settings tab and search for the menu Use the Application While firing them. Once the menu is activated, users can already use the Meta Quest while lying down.
