JAKARTA - Now Twitter users can make money through this platform. Jack Dorsey's company is presenting a brand-new feature called Super Follows. With this feature, Twitter users will get money from the accounts that follow it.

Followers will get special access, in the form of bonus tweets, access to groups, badges or badges, and subscription to newsletters. The badge is shown as a form of support.

Launching The Verge, Twitter displays an example where users are charged a fee of 4.99 US dollars per month for followers to get special services.

However, Twitter has not provided more detailed information regarding the subscription fee payment system that content creators will get from their followers. The company also has not informed a clear profit sharing related to the plan.

Twitter took this decision so that content creators and publishers would get paid directly from their followers. This plan has often been carried out by a number of other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Patreon, GitHub to YouTube.
