Google Will Add Two New Packages For Google Workspace

JAKARTA Google plans to add two new packages in Google Workspace, namely Gemini Business and Gemini Enterprise. These two packages use the Artificial Intelligence (AI)GeminiUltra 1.0 model.

Based on the release of updates shared by Google, citing from 9to5google, this newly launched package will provide better data protection. Google will also add some AI-based features.

According to Google, Gemini's addition to Workspace is the right decision. The reason is, workers or business people need more advanced technology like Gemini. Therefore, Google launched Gemini Business and Enterprise.

"With Gemini Business and Gemini Enterprise packages, you can increase your creativity and productivity with access to one of our most sophisticated models and at the same time believe that your conversations are not used to train Gemini models," Google explained.

The presence of Gemini Business and Enterprise is part of the AI Duet introduced late last year. From the AI Duet page, it is explained that Gemini will be added to Documents, Gmail, Slides, Spreadsheets, and Google Meet.

For Documents, Gemini Business or Enterprise services can provide assistance in terms of writing such as making proposals or creating event summarys. Just like Documents, AI Duets in Gmail also assist in writing matters.

In addition, Google Workspace users can create visualizations or images to support presentations on Slides, quickly create event or project arrangements in Spreadsheets, and create a generating background on Google Meet.

Google did not explain the difference between Gemini Business and Enterprise packages. The price for the two packages is not yet known, but the AI Duet subscription package is priced at 30 US dollars (Rp459 thousand) per month.
