JAKARTA Samsung is expanding its self-improvement program to more devices. Currently, self-improvement options have been added to nearly 50 products, from mobile phones to Personal Computers (PC).

In the latest expansion, Samsung added sixteen products to its self-improvement program. Dozens of these products are the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Book 2, and much more.

To increase access to spare parts, Samsung has also extended its partnership with Encampass Supply Chain Solutions, a consumer electronics company. With this partnership, Samsung will increase access to original parts, equipment, and repair guidelines.

"This expansion is one way for Samsung to show its ongoing commitment to giving our customers choices," said Samsung Electronics American Vice President of Customer Services Mark Williams, in an official statement.

Williams added that this commitment will help more Samsung users. The reason is, they will present more genuine parts that users can use to prolong product life.

Meanwhile, Encampass' President Supply Chain Solutions, Robert Coolidge, said that his company has an important role in empowering Samsung customers. He is pleased with this partnership because it is in line with Encampass' goal.

Samsung's self-improvement program is aligned with Encompass' goal of increasing the accessibility of important components for customers while reducing waste and enabling significant cost savings, Coolidge said.
