EGN Indonesia: AI Readiness Is The Main Challenge Of Business Leaders

JAKARTA - Since 2022, the Executive Global Network (EGN), an executive membership network based on the 'peer group', has continued to strengthen its existence in the Indonesian market.

Dedicated to empower business leaders to realize positive changes, to date, EGN Indonesia has 152 members consisting of business and executive owners from various companies in various industries.

A recent survey conducted by EGN identified that the political landscape and economic instability are the main concerns of business leaders as they enter 2024.

In addition, the survey also highlights that challenges such as the availability of experts, the global recession, and the lack of readiness to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, include key issues that will be faced by the business world.

"AI and other digital technologies are a very significant trend to anticipate this year, as our members emphasized in the survey results," said Dona Amelia, Co-Founder and Managing Director, EGN Indonesia, quoted Wednesday, January 24.

Therefore, Dona added, EGN is very thorough in choosing discussion topics for peer group meetings and workshops. With the aim, the discussion ensures that executives can gain relevant and in-depth insights, which can help them face the growing trends and challenges.
