JAKARTA - During Microsoft's second annual Xbox Developer_Direct, Ninja Theory announced that they are currently preparing for the launch of Saga Senua: Hellblade 2 at Xbox Game Pass and on Xbox Series X/S, Windows and Steam on May 21.

"In Saga Senua: Hellblade 2, our approach is the same. Even though we are no longer an independent studio, our creative spirit has actually dared to join us in the Xbox Game Studios, and in the new chapter of Senua's life," said Dom Matthews, Studio Head at Ninja Theory.

Saga Senua: Hellblade 2 will see the protagonist Senua arriving in 10th-century Iceland on the Viking path that has captured its people. While developers promise the same closeness, players may be able to expect a fantastic story.

Similar to the first game, Ninja Theory collaborates with experts and people with personal experiences about mental illness in the game, to capture Senua's own thoughts and how she grapples with what she faces.
