Good News! Samsung Presents Features On The Galaxy S21 For Older Mobile Phone Series

JAKARTA - Samsung introduced the Galaxy S21 lineup last January, the company also submitted its latest version of the Android skin. Named One UI 3.1, the UI developed by Samsung is equipped with several new features.

Fortunately, the update is not exclusive to Galaxy S21 series users. The company decided to update some of the legacy series with One UI 3.1. This means that selected old Samsung Galaxy phones can also take advantage of the advanced features available on the Galaxy S21 series.

Some phones that get One UI 3.1 updates such as the Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and GalaxY Z Flip. Launching Endgadget, there are five main features that can be used on old Galaxy phones.

First, the upgraded Single Take feature. Indeed, this feature has been introduced by the company to the Galaxy S20 series. It's just that, on One UI 3.1, this photography feature allows users to record and snap images at once.

Another camera feature that was introduced was Multi Mic Recording. This feature can make the device record audio from an additional microphone or microphone that has been implanted at one time.

Another update that the company has added to One UI 3.1 is a photo editing tool that can be found in the Samsung Gallery app. An additional tool called the Object Eraser can be used to erase certain objects in photos using the help of an Artificial Intelligence algorithm.

Basically, the working principle of this new Samsung tool is the same as the Content-Aware Fill feature found in Photoshop. Just select the object you want to remove from the photo, then the software will work automatically to remove it.

Furthermore, there is a brand-new feature called the Eye Comfort Shield. This feature was developed based on similar features in One UI 3.0. The Eye Comfort Shield feature is able to limit the amount of Blue Light output from the device.

Meanwhile, the Adaptive setting can adjust the device screen color based on the time of day. However, users can also adjust the screen settings themselves. Users can select screens based on color and define a schedule for implementing certain screen types.

Finally, the Private Share feature. This feature allows the user to add the expiration time to files that want to be sent to another device. So, if the sending process fails, the phone will delete the file automatically.

According to the plan, starting today, Samsung will roll out the One UI 3.1 update for its older devices. But, of course, the company has its own schedule regarding the types of equipment and which areas will receive the first updates.
