Udemy Finds More Than 1,000 ChatGPT-related Courses On Its Platform

JAKARTA - Since its launch on November 30, OpenAI's ChatGPT has attracted a lot of attention. In fact, since then, artificial intelligence technology has grown very rapidly in the past year.

In commemoration of the one year anniversary of the launch of ChatGPT by OpenAI, online learning platform Udemy released a report that reveals how organizations and professionals around the world have received and implemented a generating artificial intelligence (AI) in the past year.

"Along with the acceleration of digital transformation that occurs in the Indonesian market, the adoption of AI is becoming increasingly important. Starting from making things go faster to bringing up new ideas," said Giri Suhardi, Head of Indonesia at Udemy in a statement received by VOI on Friday, December 1.

From data collected since the launch of ChatGPT on November 30, 2022, until October 31, 2023, Udemy found that nearly 800 instructors had created and uploaded more than 1,000 ChatGPT-related courses on its platform.

Of these, Udmy instructors teach ChatGPT courses in 25 languages, including Indonesian. Udemy also found more than 2.2 million ChatGPT course registrants at Udemy, with more than 26,000 registrants in Indonesia.

"This is not a trend that will just pass This is a tool that must be owned to navigate the twists and turns of the Indonesian market and ensure that businesses continue to move forward," explained Giri.
