Solana's Crypto Price Skyrockets, Strengthens Its Position As An ETH Competitor

JAKARTA After the increase in Solana (SOL) crypto prices in recent days, SOL has managed to attract the attention of the crypto community lately. SOL previously rose to a price of 25 US dollars (Rp. 389 thousand) in the last two days. With this increase, Solana became the seventh largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.

One of the members of the crypto community of Ethereum known as jebus.eth calls Solana like the US Democratic Party in the crypto world. "The coalition of the poor and the rich who do not understand where the true value comes from or how to create it, only know that the things I want should be cheap," he wrote.

Mengetahui pernyataan tersebut, pendiri Solana, Anatoly Yakovenko, langsung merespon. Dalam tanggapannya, Yakovenko mencatat: "Dalam theater besar transformasi ekonomi, Ethereum tidak muncul sebagai pemajaran revolusi sejati, tetapi hanya sebagai pertunan baru dalam perubahan boranjuis."

He also stated that although some people enjoy this digital era, the underlying oppression still exists in different forms. Pressure is still applied to workers, even through different means.

Yakovenko affirmed his desire to create a truly stateless digital world, where communication and free transactions flow among the public, regardless of the intermediary control of the capital and government oversight.

In his vision, the digital world should be like widely spread air and can be inhaled by anyone. Yakovenko assesses that when digital development is accessible and affordable like basic needs, we can enter truly decentralized and stateless digital domains, leaving the shadow of Ethereum's smooth digital control.
