DANA Digital Wallet Wins MURI Award: Technology And Archipelago Collaboration

JAKARTA - The DANA digital wallet office became the first office to receive the award as the office with the Most Indonesian Nuance Themes by the Indonesian Record-World Museum (MURI).

This is in line with the enthusiasm and love of DANA to build and digitize Indonesia which is interpreted through a concept with 226 Indonesian nuances the theme consisting of 1,129 Indonesian objects, equipment, or special office tools.

"Since the beginning of DANA's footing in this building, we have specifically cited the DANA office as an office with a modern Indonesian feel," said Vince Iswara, CEO & Co-Founder of DANA Indonesia in giving MURI on Monday, October 2 at the DANA head office in Jakarta.

Vince added that elements of Indonesia, which are present in various corners of the DANA office, are expected to be an inspiration for all DANA employees to present and expand a digital financial product and service throughout the country.

"MURI has verified, the MURI team has come here, already traveling around. So today is a moment for MURI to be able to share understanding with all of us that digitalization, modernization, and traditional can run side by side," said Triyono, Senior Brand Manager of MURI.

According to him, DANA has proven that even though the company is a financial technology company, they still preserve the culture of the archipelago.

"MURI feels confident in giving awards to DANA. The record is no longer on the scale of Indonesia, but in the world. Hopefully, the DANA office can be a tool for other agencies, can digitize, but remember, don't let us forget our culture and who we really are," concluded Triyono.
