JAKARTA - There are pictures of a magnificent yacht ship worth 300 million pounds (Rp 5.5 trillion) called 'Desidence'. The ship "imaged the spirit of the 1920s by taking inspiration from the extraordinary progress of automotive and aviation in that era".

One of the cars that inspired this ship's designer, London-based Andy Waugh, was the Auburn Boattail Speedster, an American model from the 1920s and 1930s.

The four giant tear-shaped wings, known as the "sponson" in the ship's design language, provide the Decadence display as if to have a 'wheel', with the crew being able to use a large wing screen that can be blown from here to improve performance and help reduce energy usage by about 30 percent.

Stability such as a sports car from a taramaran ship measuring 80 meters (262 feet) long and 30 meters (98 feet) wide was obtained through the submerged silindris hull, which provides a "reducement of tilting and wobbling motion of about 70 percent compared to conventional monohulls".

In addition, the crew area and technical equipment can be placed in sponges and submerged hulls which makes Decadence a welcome boat (Small-Waterplane-Area-Twin-Hull), which means more space for guest features.

"The configuration of her death opens up new possibilities for the layout and creative interior space, for example the owner's suite can have a width of 20 meters (66 feet), 30 meters (98 feet) long, and a ceiling height of three meters (10 feet)," said Waugh, who runs the company Andy Waugh Yacht Design, quoted by MailOnline.

The design also provides space for two 14 meter (46 ft) chase-boat companion boats from Skyline Yachts one with an open deck and one with a fully covered cabin.

"These boats can be used as luxury passenger ships to land with better capacity and comfort compared to conventional tender boats," said Waugh, about the companion boat.

Decadence is currently just a concept, although Waugh notes that construction can be done if there are potential buyers with an adequate budget of between 214 million pounds (Rp 3.9 trillion) to 300 million pounds.

It is estimated that it will take three to four years to build this luxury yacht, which weighs about 5,000 tonnes of dirt.

Waugh graduated from the well-known Transportation Design program at Coventry University and previously worked at the H2 Yacht Design company in London. His first major project was the luxury yacht Meya Meya which won the award, and he had worked on a ship nearly 400 feet (122 meters).

His company is currently working on a new project for an American tech billionaire at Dorries Yachts in Bremen, Germany.

Decadence, with its innovative and classic design, promises its luxurious and comfortable experiences for its owners. With its unique configuring of Allah, it offers tremendous stability and significant movement reductions compared to traditional monohull ships.

Extensive living spaces and creative interiors provide the designers the freedom to create luxurious and stunning settings. The technical parts and crew areas located in sponges and submerged hulls provide more space for stunning guest features.

In addition, with two luxurious and functional chase-boat companion boats, ship owners can enjoy a comfortable and luxurious journey to the mainland.

Decadence is currently still in the concept stage, but with the appropriate budget, the ship can be built within three to four years. At a price of between 214 million and 300 million pounds, the ship offers a perfect combination of luxury, classical design, and modern technology.

Andy Waugh Yacht Design continues to demonstrate innovation and creativity in designing ships that combine beauty, functionality, and comfort for its owners. It is hoped that in the coming years, Decadence will become one of the most amazing and iconic luxury cruise ships in the maritime world.
