Small businesses using the WhatsApp Business app can link a supported payment partner, such as Cielo, Mercado Pago, or Rede and place orders within the app to receive payments from their customers securely.
Like other WhatsApp features, Meta guarantees user safety. The company says that the card number will be encrypted and stored securely. You will also be asked to create a PIN, so every time you make a payment, you must enter the PIN.
