JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz announced a long-term plan to launch a global high-power EV charging network across North America, Europe, China, and other major markets.
The German automaker said the high data filler would be built this year in the US and Canada, followed by other regions around the world, with the ultimate goal of having a full network before the end of the decade, when Mercedes-Benz intends to switch to all-electricity wherever market conditions allow.

At the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) taking place in Las Vegas, Mercedes-Benz announced that the launch of a high charging network will begin this year in North America, with its collaboration with MN8 Energy and ChargePoint.
In 2027, a network of more than 400 hubs across North America with more than 2,500 high chargers is planned to offer a premium, sustainable and reliable charging experience.
