Elon Musk Will Present Accounts That Spread Someone's Location Real-time

JAKARTA - The new CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk will suspend all accounts that perform doxing or disseminate personal information about the real-time existence of someone's location.

Apparently, this new policy was taken by Musk after one of the Twitter accounts @Elonjet managed to track the location of Elon Musk's private jet some time ago.

In November, Musk had said the account was a "direct risk of personal security" but at the time he would not ban it as part of his commitment to freedom of expression on social media.

Any account doxxing real-time location info of anyone will be suspended, as it is a physical safety violation. This includes posting links to sites with real-time location info.Posting locations someone traveled to on a slightly delayed basis isn’t a safety problem, so is ok.

Over the weekend, Jack way the operator behind the account, claimed that an anonymous Twitter employee had told him the company had severely restricted the visibility of @ElonJet from December 1.

He says this is free speech and he did the opposite, said way, in an interview with The Associated Press, citing Fortune.

But now, Musk is taking firm action against accounts that share someone's real-time location because it is considered a violation of physical security.

"But posting locations that someone visits with a little delay is not a security issue, so it's okay," Musk said further.

In a follow-up tweet, Musk said that currentlymen are being dealt with firmly by the authorities because they are considered detrimental to their families.

"Legal action was taken against my own & organization that supports harm to my family," Musk said.
