JAKARTA - An independent game development company, Indigo Studio announced on Wednesday, September 28 that its first person's horror mystery game titled Charon's Staircase will be present on consoles and PCs.

In an announcement shared by the studio, the Charon's Staircase published by SOEDECO will be present to PCs, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on 28 October.

Charon's Staircase, is a mystery game shrouded in immersive, atmosphere-filled adventures, with original scripts containing many surprises and secrets.

The mystery game will assign players under the code name Desmond to retrieve and destroy classified documents from the long-dead totalitarian regime website.

According to the game's information, on the orders of the Ministry, Agent Desmond crossed the Oakmen fence, there, he would overcome all his fears and test his imagination.

"A dark and dramatic story, which has been going on for a long time, suggestive music will take you to an experience full of haunting atmospheres, an in-depth adventure that will reach deep into your soul," the developer wrote.

Charon's Staircase is set in the 1970s, and its main location is inspired by the atmosphere of the Central European era in the 70s. Even more interesting, when launched later, this game will be available in 21 different languages.
