JAKARTA - Kaspersky has opened a new trust facility center for partners and company customers in Italy and the Netherlands.
These centers operate in a new format that provides an overview of Kaspersky's engineering processing practices and data only on the most popular services among partners and customers.
The move comes as companies show increased interest in their trust in their technology providers, with more than 70% of IT's decision makers expressing the importance of having sustainable guarantees that the IT solutions they use can operate in known and trusted conditions.
The new centers are part of Kaspersky's Global Transparency Initiative (GTI) and aim to unlock the "black box" of technology, increasing customer confidence in the company's solutions.
"Our Global Transparency Initiatives have been running for five years. Throughout that journey, we continue to look for more efficient mechanisms that can help partners and customers increase trust and guarantees in our solutions and services," Kaspersky Chief Business Development Officer Andrey Effemov said in a statement received in Jakarta.
Operating at the company's office, the transparency center facilities in Rome and the Utrecht are open to Kaspersky partners, customers, and government cybersecurity authorities serving exclusively to the blue piste option.
The blue phase represents a common picture of Kaspersky's technique and its data, product, and service processing practices.
"The launch of the latest Transparency Center, based on the company's broad experience and engagement with businesses around the world, emphasizes that the need for greater transparency on how technology works and how our data is treated is highly critical," he added.
With the latest additions to the two new facilities, Kaspersky now operates nine Transparency Centers in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America.
