However, have you ever felt that nowadays the video you are playing often pauses by itself? If you feel it, it means you are not alone. There are several possible reasons for this to happen on your YouTube. Here are the possible reasons:

Bad Internet Connection

The reason your video is pausing continuously could be due to a bad internet connection. For that, make sure you use an adequate internet connection. Close the app first then check your network.

Your phone is disconnected

A phone that is disconnected from the charger or headset port could be the reason your video is paused. For that, make sure your port is plugged in properly and not loose.

Need to Update App

If you haven't updated the YouTube app in a while, you'll run into various issues, including YouTube pausing videos by itself. To fix this, go to play store or app store and search for YouTube, then select update.

Youtube Set to Rest

If you spend a lot of time watching YouTube videos, you know that they will pause the video after a while. Maybe it's good to give you a break. But what if it's annoying? Here's how to fix it:

Launch the YouTube app on mobile. Tap the Profile icon from the top right corner and select Settings. Head to General. Turn off Remind me to take a break.
