JAKARTA - Facebook can be said to be a legendary social media, which was launched in 2004, even before the advent of TikTok and Instagram.

In socializing, you must have felt uncomfortable with your friends. If that's the case, the only way you can no longer see your friend's posts is to block them.

However, your friend must have felt the same way about you. Don't blame him if your account gets blocked too. But, how do you know if your friends block you?

Because you can't see directly who blocked you on Facebook, but some of these indicators seem worth trying to find out who blocked you on Facebook.

Can You Still Tag Someone Who Has Blocked You?

Say you find something interesting and very funny, and you want to show it to your friends, then usually you just need to tag them by writing their name and then click on the profile link relevant to the account you want to tag.

But if you've been blocked by that person, you won't be able to tag them in any posts, including memes, photos and more. So, this could be one way that is worth trying.

Use Facebook's Search Function to See If You've Been Blocked

By using the search bar on the top left of Facebook, you can search for the names of your friends there. Likewise, if you want to find out who blocked you, the search function can do that too.

A list of profiles and pages will appear. Toggle results by clicking People. If you have been blocked, their profile will not appear under this setting. However, if you search All, there's a good chance you'll see them, even if they've blocked you.

If you see a display image of the person you are looking for, click on it. You'll be able to see some of their profiles if they just unfriend you. But if you have been blocked, you will not be able to access anything.

Use Friends' Profiles to Check Who's Blocked You

In addition to the two ways above, you can use the easiest way, which is to go to the profile of one of your friends who has the same friend list. Then, you can see a short list of their friends. Click See All, and you'll be told how many contacts you have together.

You can scroll through their contacts or just type in the field that says "Find Friends". If you can see their name and profile picture, it means they didn't block you. If you can't see it, it could mean that you've been blocked by it.
