The Next Playable Hero Of Marvel's Avengers Is Jane Foster's Mighty Thor

JAKARTA - Crystal Dynamics announced on Tuesday, April 19, that the next playable Marvel's Avengers hero is Jane Foster: The Mighty Thor.

"Our next update, 2.4, is currently targeting a May release. As we mentioned in our last Development Update, 2.4 will continue to focus on system improvements with an emphasis on in-game events," the developer said in a blog.

Crystal Dynamics says the hero designs are driven primarily by their core comic book identity. So, as a fellow Mjolnir user, his set of abilities will have a lot in common with Odinson, but he'll also have elements that are truly Jane," it said.

After the update, each event will reward equipment from a different set, while unit rewards are added to a wider variety of event missions.

So, in Update 2.4 Crystal Dynamics will rework the system behind the event with the aim of making it more useful.

Later, combined with the game loop improvements introduced in 2.3. "We think this new prize will make a significant change of pace for veteran players, and a great way to prepare for new players," it added.
