JAKARTA - Autonomous vehicle manufacturer, Tesla provides free entertainment to its customers while charging electric cars at the Supercharger station location.

By adding Starlink's satellite Internet network to Supercharger, it allows subscribers to enjoy entertainment such as Netflix, Twitch, YouTube, along with other streaming platforms.

Tesla is currently in an effort to provide owners with satellite-based Internet during charging. Supercharger stations are currently known to offer the best charging experience for electric cars.

They can also access the Tesla Theatre, which provides TV shows and movies on top of what's on offer in the huge library of popular streaming apps.

Apart from streaming video, Tesla also offers an Arcade feature, which houses a large number of video games to choose from. However, compiled from Engadget, Monday, November 15, this is not a free service provided by Elon Musk's company.

Users have to pay for a premium connectivity plan with a monthly fee of 10 US dollars just to access all these features via Tesla's LTE internet connectivity.

On the other hand, some have decided not to use the service when charging their electric cars at Tesla Supercharger stations. Those who don't want it can still use this feature when their car is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

To make the Supercharger experience even better, Musk himself has promised to add a Wi-Fi network at the station. He will also use SpaceX's Starlink Internet system to deploy Internet on Supercharger stations.

Apparently, now Tesla has started the deployment of Starlink Internet satellites, as some Tesla owners have seen Starlink antennas on several Supercharger stations.
