Messi Has Been Called By Many Clubs, But Doesn't Want To Confirm Further

JAKARTA - Argentine striker Lionel Messi admits he gets many calls from various clubs expressing their interest in signing him.

Quoted by Antara from Sky Sports, Monday, even so, Messi still can't confirm anything and says anything is still possible.

"I have had many phone calls, many clubs are interested. At the moment, nothing is closed, but we talk about many things", Messi said.

When asked about his move to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after failing to return to Barcelona, Messi could not answer with certainty.

He said it could be a possibility but he could not confirm it.

"It is a possibility, to achieve that. I have nothing to confirm with anyone", explained Messi.

It is currently reported that PSG has made an official offer for Messi with a two-year contract and worth 25 million pounds, or around IDR 498 billion per year.

Furthermore, Messi is reportedly reviewing and considering this offer from PSG carefully.

Lionel Messi is currently being discussed among football fans after his contract extension failed at Barcelona.

This happened after Barcelona could not meet Messi's salary because of the maximum salary threshold set by La Liga.
