Conte's Message To The Nerazzurri Tifosi: What A Journey! Thanks To All Parties

JAKARTA - Antonio Conte sent emotional messages on social media to thank those who have helped and supported the team to win the Scudetto. Conte leaves Inter by mutual consent.

Conte took charge of La Beneamata in 2019, when he replaced Luciano Spalletti, and helped the club reach the Europa League Final in his first season, then won the Scudetto in 2020-21.

The former Juventus and Chelsea coach ended the Bianconeri's dominance in Serie A, but Inter confirmed Conte left the club after winning trophies, as did Leonardo, Rafa Benitez and Jose Mourinho.

Now, Conte is sending a message on Instagram to the Nerazzurri fans and thanking the team for their help and support over the past two years.

“What a journey in these two years! Every day we have developed more strength, determination, will and sacrifice, managed to break the logic of mediocrity that we surround, "wrote Conte.

“There are no excuses, no alibis, but just work, work and work, combined with respect and education. We are bringing the Scudetto back to Inter after 11 years, but most importantly, we are bringing Inter back to a place worthy of their history and tradition.

“THANK YOU to all those who made this possible! Footballers, staff, presidents, managers and everyone else who has helped and supported us in these two years.

“I want to tell Inter fans that in a period which is very difficult for everyone because of the pandemic, we always feel their support and affection.

“I will always carry a Scudetto image raised from the highest ring of the San Siro with you celebrating it. THANK YOU!"
