List Of Indonesian National Team Players At The U-21 Men's Volleyball World Championship

The U-21 Indonesian Volleyball Team faces tough opponents at the U-21 Men's Volleyball World Championship (doc. PBVSI).

JAKARTA PBVSI has officially released a list of 12 Indonesian players who will fight in the 2025 U-21 Volleyball World Championship or the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship.

The tournament is scheduled to take place on August 21-31, 2025 in Jiangmen, China. A total of 24 countries will come to participate in the tournament, including Indonesia.

Garuda Muda will be led by Anwar Sadat in the head coach position. Anwar will be assisted by assistant coaches Nurwidayanto and Dody Ardiansyah and Hari Trisnardjo as managers.

In the list released, there are names such as Raihan Rizky Attorif, Agustino, Muhammad Reyhan, and Pajar Pamungkas as well as several other names who are included in the Garuda Jaya squad in the 2025 Proliga.

The General Chairperson of PBVSI, Imam Sudjarwo, has high optimism with the existing squad. He ensured that the team's preparations were maximized and left for combat.

"From the whole thing, they are ready. Hopefully they can play totally and perform well," said Imam in an official statement received by the media.

The Garuda Muda squad was previously recorded to have participated in the Proliga twice. In addition, they also appeared at the U-20 Asian Championships in Surabaya and won fourth place in Asia.

After that, Pajar Pamungkas and his friends also underwent a long training camp to welcome the prestigious event.

Indonesia is in Group D with Italy, Argentina, France, Ukraine, and Tunisia. The Garuda Muda squad will start its work in this important event against Italy on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
