Officially Joining Buriram United, Sandy Walsh: Can't Wait To Have A Beautiful Season

JAKARTA - Sandy Walsh has been officially introduced as a new Buriram United FC player. After becoming part of the Thai club, Walsh was excited to welcome his new career.

On Friday, August 15, 202, morning WIB, both Yokohama F. Marinos, who is a club from Sandy Walsh and Buriram United, shared uploads about the player. Yokohama was seen thanking Walsh for Walsh's dedication.

Meanwhile, on social media, Buriram, a short video of Sandy Walsh was uploaded. In the video, the player expresses his feelings after officially becoming part of the team.

"Hello everyone, I am Sandy Walsh. I am very excited to join Buriram United. So, let's have a beautiful season together. See you in Thailand," said the player who can fill the right back and center back.

In Buriram, Sandy Walsh will face quite tough competition to fill the starting line. In the center-back line, there are players who have names in the Thailand National Team, such as Elias Dolah, Pansa Hemviboon, and Dhinnaphat Leeaoh.

In addition, there are foreign players such as Robert Bauer, Kenny Total, Ko Myeong Seok, and Curtis Good. Meanwhile, Sandy's competitors at right-back are Filip Stojkovic and Narubadin Weerawatnodom.

Not only competition between players, Sandy Walsh must also show performance beyond other foreign players from ASEAN in Buriram. The reason is, in the Thai League (Thai League 1) rules there can only be two foreign players from ASEAN who can enter the line-up.
