Aang Sunadji said that a total of 219 athletes will compete in this event. Indonesia will send 39 athletes with a limit of no more than 40 athletes from each country.

"Actually, the number of athletes is limited. Every country cannot send more than 40. We want a full team. If possible, there will be more," he said.

PB IWbA targets Indonesia to come out as the overall champion in this event because the athlete's preparation is very mature.

Sunadji said that the 2025 Asian Cup Woodball Championship will compete in 14 numbers. Indonesia is also expected to take as many as seven medals.

"I am very optimistic about the overall champion. In terms of skills, these friends are extraordinary. They train almost every day. I really appreciate it," he said.

The 2025 Asian Cup Woodball Championship will take place at JSI Resort, Megamendung, Bogor Regency, West Java, on 19-22 August 2025.
