"Until now, 634 participants have been recorded from 26 countries. China, India, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore have the most participants."

"It is possible that the number of countries and participants will increase again," said Secretary General of the Executive Board of the All-Indonesian Budget Association (PB Ikasi), Firtian Judiswandarta.

Chairman of PB IKASI, Amir Yanto, said that Indonesia was lucky enough to be appointed as the host of the 2025 Asian Senior Budget Championship. He also promised that this event would be a success.

"Not only Indonesian fencing athletes can reap valuable experience with world-class fencing athletes, but the Indonesian fencing community can witness the appearance of the gold medal-winning Asian fencer at the 2024 Paris Olympics," he said.

Indonesia itself will field 25 fencing athletes as a result of the national selection (selection). The names who will act there are expected to be able to donate gold medals when appearing at the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand in December 2025.
