JAKARTA - The fire hit a business center that was the headquarters of the McLaren Formula E team on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Three people died in the fire at the Bicester Motion.
A total of 10 firefighters and rescue workers were sent at the time of the incident. The facility was also closed over the weekend.
The victims are known to be two firefighters and a resident who died while extinguishing the fire.
Two other firefighters were injured and are currently being treated in hospital.

Upon learning of the incident, the 64-year-old issued a statement on Friday, May 16, 2025.
