Tottenham Will Hold A Parade If Champion Of The Europa League, Manchester United Has No Plans

Tottenham Hotspur plan to parade the Europa League trophy in front of their fans if they win in the final.

Interestingly, the opponent, Manchester United, indicated they would not hold a big celebration if they won in Bilbao on May 22, 2025.

Spurs will try to win their first trophy since 2008 when they meet Manchester United in the Europa League final at the San Mates Stadium next week.

According to ESPN's report, Spurs, which are ranked one place above the Premier League relegation zone after a sad domestic season, want to hold a parade if they win the Europa League.

However, Manchester United will not do the same if they win in the final. The Red Devils have traditionally decided not to hold an open bus parade after winning trophies.

There was no parade after winning the FA Cup in 2016, Carabao Cup and Europa League in 2017, Carabao Cup in 2023, or FA Cup in 2024.

Manchester United's last parade was held to celebrate the 20th Premier League title in 2013, as well as Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement year.

The Red Devils will find it difficult to find time to hold parades, even if there is a desire to host them.

After the Europa League final on May 22, 2025, Ruben Amorim's team played their last Premier League match of the season against Aston Villa at Old Trafford on May 25, 2025.

They will then fly to Malaysia as soon as the match for the post-season tour. They will play two matches in neighboring countries.

Upon return, a number of players are expected to join the national team for international matches by June 2025.
