JAKARTA Alex Marquez managed to get out as the fastest in the Free Practice 1 (FP1) MotoGP session, Jerez 2025, beating his older brother, Marc Marquez.
The Gresini Racing racer completed this session at the Jerez Circuit on Friday, April 25, 2025, with a time of 1 minute 36.831 seconds. He was ahead as much as +0.357 seconds from his brother.
Alex Marquez actually had an accident at Turn 1. However, he managed to get up and then shifted his brother during the six-minute free practice session.
